Following your review appointment, or after your surgery, a detailed letter outlining your procedure and your recovery will be mailed to your referring dentist.  This also means that you are returned to your dentist for ongoing dental care.

However, should you have any concerns regarding the care that you received or the procedure that was performed you are encouraged to contact our office and to return for continued review appointments to clarify and allay your concerns.
